This document defines how listing-related requests are received and handled.
Operational conditions
Use the on-site contact form for general, correction, removal, privacy, and security requests.
How to submit
Use the on-site contact form and provide the page URL, claim, evidence, requested action, and reply address. Personal-data, copyright, and cancellation requests with high urgency are prioritized.
Handling
Normal service hours are weekdays 10:00–17:00 Japan time, excluding Japanese public holidays. The operator receives the request, may temporarily hide the item, checks the source, decides whether to correct, remove, or retain it, and reports the result. Submission alone does not guarantee a particular action.
