The initial Release A service does not accept information submissions through this site.
Google Forms and advertising enquiries are disabled. If submissions are enabled later, sending information will not publish it, and the data fields, purposes, retention and rights checks will require separate approval.
The information-submission form is currently unavailable
Google Forms is not connected, and this page sends no information to an external service. It will be connected only after the URL, data fields, purposes, access, retention and deletion, and outage fallback receive separate approval.
Information an approved form may cover
- A new event
- A correction to a listing
- Cancellation, postponement or venue change
- Removal or rights request
Data fields and purposes to approve before connection
- Event details
- Name, dates, venue, admission and official URL are used to verify the content and decide whether it can be listed.
- Contact details
- A person or organization name and email address are used only for verification and replies, and are not shown on the public page.
- Images and text
- These are treated as listing candidates after rights checks. Submission never publishes them automatically.
Information outside the initial four prefectures
We accept nationwide information as a candidate, but early operations prioritize Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba. Other regions may be held or declined until coverage expands.
Last-minute cancellation, postponement or venue change
This site cannot currently receive cancellation, postponement or venue-change reports. Check the organizer’s official source before visiting.

Submission does not guarantee publication. Only send material you have the right to provide, and do not include personal or confidential information that is not needed for verification.
